HAPŪ ORA

Hapū ora is made up of two parts, the Whānau Journey and Whānau Ora. This team will be responsible for ensuring we have complete and up-to-date information about our whanau.  

The Hapū Ora team want to work with whanau who are looking for support to realise their aspirations, dreams and needs. They will sit one on one with you to develop plans we are calling Flight Paths to help keep you on track and create a strategy to help you develop your talent, achieve your goals and live happier. The flight path will map out what resources and tools you need. The ambition is to be better than the last year, skills and behaviours focused and orientated at the area for each person – health, role in the family, employment, education, te reo Māori, culture, life-work balance.  If you are interested get in contact with us and we will get in touch with you to confirm an appointment!
