Iwi Management Plan 2018

We’ve been busy reviewing our Iwi Management Plan 2012 and we’ve made some changes – Check it out!

What is an Iwi Management Plan? It’s a statement of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei interests and values as they apply in resource management matters. It has been created to act as a guideline for resource management practitioners – particularly developers and decision makers operating under the Resource Management Act 1991. It does not cover everything relevant to tribal development. The focus is purely on land use and Resource Management Act matters.
