  • Term 3 NWŌ Hōtaka Hararei

    Term 3 NWŌ Hōtaka Hararei is just around the corner! 

    Registrations for Week 1 and Week 2 will be opening on Monday 4th September at 10am (Limited spaces).

    Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Hōtaka Hararei (Holiday Programme) is a 4-day marae-based holiday programme held at Ōrākei Marae. Tamariki and rangatahi are immersed in tikanga, waiata, whakawhanaungatanga, hītori, and fun activities.

    Tamariki (Year 4-8) - Week 1: 25th-29th September

    Rangatahi (Year 9-13) - Week 2:  2nd-6th October

    The foundations of ‘Ngā Oha’ is to work alongside our uri across the world, supporting them to reach excellence in whatever path they choose to follow.

    Our hope is that, when the time comes, our uri will return to their communities to share their skills with our whānau.

  • Ngā Oha Mātauranga are annual grants distributed to support ngā uri o Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei and their education journey’s from Early Childhood Education to Tertiary. Values of each grant vary based on level of study.

  • A Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei iwi investment savings scheme that encourages whānau to save for a better future. Each year $500.00 is contributed towards a savings scheme for each member.
