Qualifications and experience:

This role requires someone who has enthusiasm, maturity, developed emotional intelligence, good relationship management skills, and strong leadership skills.

· Social Work qualification recognised by the SWRB, or full SWRB registration and current annual practising certificate

· An understanding of bi-cultural practices in social work and kaupapa Māori worldviews

· Proven experience in leadership
