    Please join us for an exceptionally special celebration of the Māori new year with Hautapu, Umu kohukohu whetū, on Takaparawhau in the early hours of the morning to observe Matariki and participate in this traditional ceremony.

    Monday, 18th of September marks 184 years since the Tuku Whenua by Apihai Te Kawau and Ngāti Whātua to Governor-Lieutenant William Hobson and his fledgling government.
